In recognition of our continued dedication to workplace diversity, equality and inclusion, Nielsen has been ranked 19th in The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List – a definitive list of UK based organisations that promote inclusion across all protected characteristics, throughout each level of employment within an organisation.

The Inclusive Top 50 UK Employers List identifies the most inclusive companies across the nation and recognises the outstanding efforts of organisations that are attracting and retaining a truly diverse workforce, achieving equality, diversity and inclusion at its purest form.

The list is compiled by a dedicated panel of judges, and the organisations that feature have provided sufficient evidence on an amalgamation of topics including recruitment procedures, training and a host of diversity related initiatives.

“The most successful and prosperous employers understand the value and rewards of harnessing diverse talent” said Founder & CEO, Paul Sesay. “Those featured on the definitive list of the UK’s most inclusive employers are leading the way in providing inclusive workplaces where everyone feels empowered to be the very best they can be”.

Nielsen’s position reflects the high standard against which we operate and the recognition of our continuous dedication to diversity, equality and inclusion.

Cathy Earle, Nielsen UK & Ireland HR Director said ‘’We are thrilled to once again be recognised as one of the UK’s Inclusive Top 50 Employers and incredibly proud that our work over the last year to truly embed diversity, equality and inclusion throughout our business has helped to propel us up the rankings to 19th place. We are committed to diversity, equality and inclusion at all levels, and our work will continue, embracing and harnessing the richness of diverse backgrounds, people, and ideas, creating an inclusive culture, and a great place for our associates to come to work everyday.”

Heather Melville OBE, Director & Head of Client Experience at PwC said, “This list presents the very best of UK companies who are integrating an inclusive culture right from the top of their organisations – it’s great to see the mix of cultures and the amazing initiatives that are being led by their employees with support and funding.”
