c. All eligible respondents for each part of the three (3) part online Consumer and Media Voice Survey (Quarter 3, 2019) completed between 27 June 2019 and 25 September 2019:
will automatically receive four (4) entries into the Quarter 3 2019 Prize draw for each completed portion of the online survey with a maximum of twelve (12) entries for completion of all 3 parts.

3 – Promotion commences on 27 June 2019 and closes on 25 September 2019. The closing date for each type of Completed Survey is stated in clause 1 above.
4 – The draw will take place at 11 am on 9 October 2019. The winner will be notified within 10 days of the draw by telephone, email or post and the winner’s name will be published in The Sunday Star Times on 20 October 2019. Promoter’s decisions is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
