Auckland – February 14, 2024 – Nielsen today announced that its Pacific Broadcaster & Publisher Lead, Tony Boyte, will be reducing duties before stepping down in April as he takes a break to spend more time with his family.

Replacing Tony will be Scott Gillham, who brings more than 20 years of Nielsen experience to the role.

Nielsen Pacific Managing Director, Monique Perry said, “I would like to thank Tony for his leadership and valuable contribution to our New Zealand business. He has been a key factor in Nielsen’s success in the region and laid a strong foundation for Scott and his team to build upon.”

Outgoing Pacific Broadcaster & Publisher Lead, Tony Boyte added, “Having worked with Scott Gillham for many years, I know he will build on, and strengthen, our existing partnerships with broadcasters and clients. I wish Scott well and look forward to seeing him grow the strong partnerships we’ve built on behalf of the industry”.

Scott will be supported by Amanda Lane, who continues in her role as NZ Broadcaster & Publisher Lead, with the help of her experienced local team.
