Supporting Black-Owned Small Businesses With a New Resource Website

In June, we shared our commitment to fight racism with action. Today, we’re proud to share one of the critical steps we’ve taken: the launch of a new website for Black-owned small business owners to find opportunity, support and community—powered in part by Nielsen’s unparalleled data and expertise. 

Because we measure everything, we have a unique perspective on the richness that Black Americans bring to our culture and our economy. We are proud to do our small part to help share that with the world. This new Small Business Support website will serve as a one-stop-shop to connect Nielsen resources with Black-owned business owners, who have been disproportionately impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic and social unrest. It features new consumer insights that can help fuel growth, get pro bono consulting for your business, and learn how to get new business from corporations who have diverse supplier programs. 

This important work does not end with the launch of this website. We’ll continue to grow and evolve this site over time—and will expand it to include additional resources to support all minority-owned small businesses.
